Clueless about the Clueless

OK, we need some group brainstorming about Angry Andy.arg Clueless's costume mystery.

To date the clues we have to work with are france, kate beckinsale, gay action, goldfish, our nation's capitol, the star wars cantina band, famous US presidents, tony award winning musical, the middle ages, the bible, and more than 2.1 million as well as the following movies: Top Gun, School Ties, James And The Giant Peach, Notting Hill, Canadian Bacon, Copland. The final week of clues has brought us what we are told are key clues of Lack of Courtesy.

Remember, I think these clues are loosely connected - not unlike the clueless himself (I kid, I kid). Also, if you're looking for a costume idea, I challenge you to come up with one using Andy's clues above.
